About the Colorado River Walkers

The Colorado River Walkers, AVA-077, TX-024, were founded in 1981 in Austin, Texas.
The club sponsors Volkssport events in and around Central Texas.

The Colorado River Walkers meet on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 PM
to socialize and conduct club business.  For the last few years, CRW members have
conducted their meeting at the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) cafeteria at
3701 Lake Austin Blvd. On the map below, the cafeteria is labeled the Colorado Room.

Beginning in 2008, the meeting location will be in the LCRA Board Room in the Hancock Bldg,
which is next to the cafeteria.
CRW members will need to park in the Visitor Parking area that is labeled on the map.

Club dues are $10.00 per year or $100 for a life-time membership.
Included in the dues is a subscription to the club’s monthly newsletter Ripples
that contains information on upcoming events around the state, and national,
state and local volkssporting activities.  All are welcome to join.
